Computer will not power up.

Your computer is probably not coming on because a
power failure has put the power supply into a "safe mode".

1. Make sure your power strip is turned on and plugged up.

2. Check for lights on the front of the computer.  If lights are flickering, then unplug the computer and contact support.

3. If the computer still will not come on, then unplug the power cord from the computer, not the monitor..

4. Leave it unplugged for 10 seconds, then press the power button in.

5. While pressing the power button in, plug the power cord back in.
