Network Logon Problems

1. If you are at the log on screen, make sure you have the caps lock key turned off on the keyboard.  The usernames and passwords are case sensitive and will not work if the caps lock key is on.

2.  Make sure that Nicholas is typed where it says Domain.  If this is not there, then you will not be able to log in.

3. Make sure the network cable is hooked to the back of the computer and to the wall.

4. If the cable is hooked up, check for link lights on the back of the computer. 

5. If there is no link light on the back of the computer, then please send us a Tech Request.
