1. Right click at Start menu image and select Command Prompt (Admin).
2. Type the following commands in order:

DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /StartComponentCleanup
SFC /SCANNOW
DISM /Online  /Cleanup-Image /AnalyzeComponentStore
SFC /SCANNOW
3. Restart your computer.
4. After the restart, open command prompt (as admin) again and run DISM.

DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
